Join your team in Sordit
Connect your own tools, find the work assigned to you and contribute when your team needs you.
You have been invited because you will contribute to work in Sordit. That might mean reviewing an Agent’s result, providing information or starting a Job of your own.
You do not need to configure the whole workspace. Start with your own account, the tools you use and the work assigned to you.
Get settled in
- Open your invitation
Use the secure link in the invitation email and sign in with the address your team invited. If you belong to several workspaces, check the name at the top left.
- Connect the business accounts you use
Open Settings → Connections and connect the tools needed for your work. Sign in to your own business accounts and approve access. Another team member’s connection does not replace yours.
- Find your Tasks
Open My Tasks to see work assigned to you. Read the instructions, previous work and any attached files before responding.
- See the wider Job
Open the Job when you need to understand how your contribution fits into the process. Your access determines which work you can see and manage.
What might you be asked to do?
| You receive | What to do |
|---|---|
| A draft to approve | Check it against the brief and choose the appropriate decision. |
| A clarification request | Provide the missing information so the Agent can continue. |
| A request to reconnect a tool | Authorise your account in Connections, then follow the Task’s guidance. |
| Work that belongs to someone else | Ask the responsible person to arrange reassignment rather than answering on their behalf. |
If an Agent asks which delivery address to use, provide the full address and explain which source confirms it. A clear answer helps it resume without another round of questions.
If you cannot see a control
Your role may not include that action. For example, Operators can use available Agents but cannot create them or manage provider credentials. Ask the workspace Owner or Admin for help with setup, rather than sharing accounts.
