Follow progress and inspect results
See what is happening, who needs to act and what the work has produced.
The Operations Board helps you see where work is moving and where someone needs to act. Open the Job or Task when you need the detail behind that overview.
Start with the Operations Board
| Panel | What it tells you | A useful next step |
|---|---|---|
| With AI Agent | Work assigned to an Agent, including queued or running Tasks | Open the Task to see its current state and activity. |
| Waiting for human | A person needs to review, respond or approve | Check the assigned person and what they need to decide. |
| Unassigned | Work needs a responsible person or Agent | Assign it using the controls your permissions allow. |
| Blocked | Something prevents the work from continuing | Read the issue before deciding how to resolve it. |
The board shows work you are permitted to see. It is not necessarily every Job in the workspace.
Open the Job for the full story
- Check the intended outcome
Read the Job’s description and current status. This keeps individual Tasks in context: what is the whole Job trying to achieve?
- Follow Job Progress
Review the completed steps and the work still planned. A return for revision can create another iteration, so look at the latest work as well as the earlier attempt.
- Open the Task you want to understand
An Agent Task can show current activity, tool actions and its result. A Human Task shows what the assigned person needs to review or provide.
- Open the actual deliverable
Follow the document or file reference. Check its contents against the brief instead of relying only on the completion status.
Read a Task in three parts
Use activity to understand what the Agent has been doing, such as reading messages or creating a document. If work is queued, it has not necessarily begun active execution. If it is paused, look for the reason or the Human Task waiting for a response.
Help a client without losing context
As a consultant with the appropriate access, open the same Job the client is discussing. Ask which Task needs attention and inspect its instructions, result and feedback there. This is more useful than trying to reconstruct the problem from a series of screenshots or chat messages.
